Our Core Commitments
Truth Matters
A church is only as healthy as the truth it confesses and demonstrates in real life. Truth matters. It takes a lot of humility to live in light of God's truth that is revealed through the Holy Scriptures. We humbly seek together to understand and hold to what is true. We are committed to the authority and inerrancy of the Holy Scriptures that tells us how to seek and follow after God.
Magnifying Christ
Magnifying Christ is our constant passion because he lived and died to restore us to the Triune God. The Gospel is precious to us, for it tells us how Jesus Christ delivers rebels from our rebellion and how he and is restoring all things, including God’s people and God’s creation, into harmony and fellowship with God.
Our Church Leadership
Our church is elder-led, meaning we are led by a team of pastors, also known as elders, with deacons in key serving roles. We are also congregational in government. This means we encourage you to join our church and participate in church life and members meetings. We try not to be a church of spectators but rather a church family that loves each other and is involved in one another’s lives.
Our Goal is Worship
All of life is worship. We’re all wired to worship something, whether it’s our career, our family, our reputation, or God. So we often remind each other that “Life is not about you; it’s about God.” We endeavor to give God credit he deserves for his greatness and his redemption plan. Knowing and enjoying God is the highest good in life, and we invite you to share in worshiping and knowing God with us.
