Great review. I was most struck by what you said about “Nothing is more tragic than someone who erroneously believes he or she is a Christian.” So true. The right kind of church members in a church would be able to help that person in the right direction. All the more reason we ourselves should be healthy church members.

this looks like a great resource as well; i’ll pass it along.
and i certainly sympathize with your concerns as a church-planter. we’re thought (and taught) to be leaders, visionaries, pioneers –but we need counsel too…..and perhaps, so much more.

Thanks for you thoughts. I agree with you that Scripture is clear that God has purposes for each of us. He has ordained both the ends and the means by which we will glorify Him, and technology is one of those means. Acts 17:26-27 is a great passage on the idea that God has set the places and times that we live. It seems that God is breaking down the “boundaries of our habitation” through various technologies, and it is exciting. It is possible through increased technology, to be in the right place at the right time for even more people.
